This is a cross-functional, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and execution — giving you a 360° view of how a high-growth startup scales.You’ll contribute to initiatives across community building, offline marketing, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, growth campaigns, and product marketing. One day you might be brainstorming creative campaigns, the next day analyzing acquisition funnels or helping launch a new category.If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems creatively, and wants to learn how decisions get made at the top level of a startup — this role is made for you. Based on performance, this internship can also be converted to a full-time position.Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Founder’s Office to execute strategic marketing & growth initiatives. - Support the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across performance, brand, and partnership channels. - Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and new opportunities for growth. - Assist in building and scaling community-led initiatives — from brand ambassador programs to influencer collaborations. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Operations, Tech) to ensure marketing projects are delivered seamlessly. - Track key metrics, analyze campaign data, and prepare reports & presentations for leadership. - Manage day-to-day project operations — timelines, deliverables, and dependencies — with high attention to detail. - Brainstorm and test new marketing experiments to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.Must-Haves- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Strong interest in startups, brand strategy, and digital marketing. - Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling. - Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, metrics, and drawing insights from numbers. - High ownership attitude — you take initiative and follow through independently. - Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.Nice to Have- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, growth, or community building. - Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, or analytics dashboards. - Understanding of influencer marketing or social media ecosystems. - A creative eye for brand tone, aesthetics, and audience engagement. - Interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury consumer brands.What’s in it for you- Direct mentorship from the Founders & senior leadership team. - Exposure to end-to-end brand building, marketing strategy, and execution. - Opportunity to contribute to live projects that directly impact company growth. - A front-row seat to how an early-stage, high-growth startup scales from 0 → 1. - Flat, fast-paced culture where ideas matter more than titles. - Potential for a full-time offer based on performance.Additional Details- Number of Openings: 10 - Stipend: ₹20,000/month - Working Days: 6 days/week – we believe there’s no substitute for hard work & passion - Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore - Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance & business needs) - Selection Process: 1 functional interview + 1 culture roundWebsite: www.eternz.com
