About UsAokah is redefining global capabilities with its Service-as-Software platform, enabling enterprises to build, scale, and optimize with wisdom and orchestration.By combining AI foresight with human expertise, Aokah eliminates friction and enhances global transformation programs.The company emphasizes a people-first approach and values resilience, client focus, and shared prosperity.Aokah is based in Bengaluru and focuses on outcomes delivered with speed, resilience, and Bangalore, India (Hybrid).Reports to: Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing.Department: Branding & Marketing.Employment Type: Full-Time.Role OverviewWere looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in digital campaign execution, lead generation, and performance marketing.This role is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional whos ready to take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns and support growth for a fast-scaling tech-led venture.Youll work closely with the Head of Marketing, external partners, and internal stakeholders to execute high-impact campaigns focused on engagement, lead conversion, and ROI.Key Execution & Management- Run and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email platforms.- Optimize ongoing campaigns for cost-efficiency (CPL, CAC) and lead quality.- Own SEO/SEM hygiene and improvements with support from external partners.- Monitor and report on funnel metrics including MQL to SQL conversion.Performance Marketing & Analytics- Track KPIs for digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mixpanel.- Create weekly dashboards for campaign performance and share insights for optimization.- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates to improve conversion rates.Lead Generation & Marketing Automation- Manage lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot (or equivalent).- Ensure timely follow-ups, tagging, and lead handover to Sales.- Support webinar and virtual event campaigns, including pre/post-event follow-ups.Content & Asset Coordination- Work with creative/content teams and vendors to execute campaign assetsemails, social media visuals, banners, etc.- Coordinate marketing deliverables across agency and internal teams.Website & Portal Support- Manage updates to the company website using CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.- Track incoming leads through the portal and ensure timely routing to Sales.Required Qualifications & Skills- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution roles (preferably B2B or tech services).- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.- Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).- Strong command of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Mixpanel.- Excellent coordination and documentation skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Preferred Experience- Experience working in IT services, consulting, or product-led startups.- Exposure to B2B lead generation and mid-funnel optimization.- Familiarity with content production workflows and vendor coordination.- Understanding of funnel metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQL/SQL.Why Join Us- Be part of a high-impact growth function in a fast-evolving startup environment.- Work on campaigns targeting global enterprise customers.- Gain exposure to next-gen tech ecosystems including AI, automation, and GCCs.- Collaborate with experienced professionals and external marketing experts.- Opportunity to upskill in marketing strategy, automation, and analytics.
