Job Overview
We are actively seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who specializes in paid media advertising with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Meta and Google. The role is on-site, and we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a paid media specialist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage high-performing paid media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and others.
- Prioritize Meta and Google Ads, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision to deliver maximum ROI.
- Implement strategies for traffic generation, lead generation, and sales conversion across multiple platforms.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to ensure that performance goals are met or exceeded.
- Generate comprehensive reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Track and manage performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Budget Management
- Efficiently manage advertising budgets across platforms to maximize performance and minimize costs.
- Ensure budget allocations are optimized based on campaign performance and return on investment.
A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization
- Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously refine and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and trends.
Accountability & Team Collaboration
- Take full ownership and accountability for all aspects of paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns with measurable results in Google and Meta platforms.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with paid advertising on Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for campaign performance and deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of accountability and ownership.
- A long-term mindset with a passion for growing with the company and client success.
- Experience in D2C marketing is a plus.
