Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Functional Support and Development Lead to manage, support, and enhance our ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of SAP B1 modules, hands-on experience with add-on development and integration, and a track record of leading support initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Support :

- Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP B1 functional queries and support issues.

- Analyze and resolve user issues related to SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.).

- Conduct user training and create user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.

Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and deploy customizations and add-ons using SAP B1 SDK and related tools.

- Work with third-party applications and APIs for system integrations (CRM, eCommerce, logistics, etc.).

- Develop reports using Crystal Reports, SQL Queries, and SAP B1 Reporting tools.

- Manage and maintain database integrity, backups, and performance tuning.

Project Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for SAP B1.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for technical and functional enhancements.

- Define and manage change requests, version upgrades, and system testing.

- Ensure SAP B1 configuration aligns with industry best practices and business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP B1 functional and technical roles.

- Strong understanding of SAP B1 core modules and business processes.

- Proficiency in SQL, SAP B1 SDK, Crystal Reports, and Boyum add-ons (if applicable).

- Experience in UAT coordination, end-user training, and documentation.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP B1 Certification (Functional or Technical).

- Experience in multi-location, multi-company environments.

- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or retail domains.

- Experience with cloud deployment or SAP HANA version of B1.
