The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the RAR module, proven implementation experience, and the ability to lead projects in a global, multi-national environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP RAR module.Provide expertise in Revenue Accounting Recognition processes, including compliance with IFRS 15/ASC 606.Work with multi-national company setups, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.Act as RAR lead in at least 2–3 full life cycle (FLC) implementations and as a sub-module lead in at least 5–8 implementations.Manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAR with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and SD.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.Requirements:In-depth knowledge of SAP RAR module and configuration.Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards and compliance requirements.Experience in intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidation processes.9–12 years of total experience with at least 3 years in SAP RAR.Proven track record of leading SAP RAR implementations in large, complex environments.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.Exposure to integration with third-party systemsWHAT'S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
