About the Role :

Were looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant who can manage day-to-day support, configuration, and process improvements across modules like SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, and Commerce Automation. If you're passionate about solving business challenges, optimizing procurement workflows, and driving supplier collaboration this is for you

Key Responsibilities :

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba (SLP, Contracts, Sourcing, Commerce Automation)

- Resolve incidents and system issues within SLA timelines

- Manage and prioritize support tickets

System Monitoring & Maintenance :

- Perform regular system health checks and patch updates

- Monitor integrations with SAP S/4HANA for data consistency

Enhancements & Process Improvements :

- Collaborate with business users to gather enhancement requirements

- Implement workflow improvements and support system upgrades

- Configure Ariba to meet evolving business needs

Testing & Documentation :

- Perform functional and integration testing for new features

- Maintain clear documentation and user guides for Ariba modules

User Training & Support :

- Conduct training sessions and assist users in daily operations

- Guide users on onboarding suppliers and managing profiles in SLP

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Coordinate with procurement, IT, and vendor teams

- Provide regular updates on system status and performance

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules especially SLP, Contracts, Sourcing, and Commerce Automation

- Hands-on experience in integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA

- Familiarity with SAP CPI or other middleware tools

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and documentation capabilities

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple enhancement requests and support tasks
