Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruiter - Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes while working with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Support:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social networks.

Initial Screening:

  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to match candidates with job requirements.

Coordination:

  • Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and guide them through the recruitment process.

Database Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate candidate information and status updates.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing recruitment documentation.

Learning and Development:

  • Actively participate in training sessions to learn recruitment tools, industry best practices, and communication techniques.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior recruiters to gain insights into end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
