Service Engineer

My client, an established global top rubber machinery MNC is experiencing exponential growth. Working Location is in India and need frequently travel to clients' site.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for after-sales service and troubleshooting of electrical aspects of equipment in the Indian market.
  • Assist the business unit in on-site delivery of new equipment.
  • Fulfill customer requirements and on-site issues with machines and provide feedback to relevant departments.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on control systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a service engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of Programmable logic controller (PLC) systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required, more than half a year.
  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
