What we are searching for is a passionate Content Marketing Analyst to join our team of solvers. Someone who is passionate about Cloud, Data, and AI technology and has a creative bent of mind. If you believe that content marketing can drive real change, this role is perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Leveraging Searce’s thought leadership on Cloud Consulting, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to drive content marketing and earn mindshare, through owned channels like website, and , Twitter, and Medium.
  2. Collaborating with third party agencies and publications to publish client evidence, tech stories, and interviews, in the form of compelling content to establish thought leadership.
  3. Creating gated & ungated long-form technical content like whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and e-books from scratch, collaborating with practice & delivery teams.
  4. Utilize paid media to showcase the benefits and the various services present on Google Cloud & AWS, and also the expertise Searce has on AI, Data, infrastructure modernization, location intelligence, and workspace solutions, while ensuring a healthy ROI on paid media investment.
  5. Conceptualize email campaigns to send out educational content and benefits of Searce’s various product and service lines to CXOs of target organisations.
  6. Developing & improving the welcome kit for new joiners as part of Searce’s Employer Brand proposition
  7. Creating a content strategy for Job Descriptions so as to make JDs an instrument which communicate Searce values to prospective employees
  8. Creating a content strategy for Searce’s social media and enhancing our brand image through digital platforms.


Qualification

  1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Marketing and prefer an MBA or Masters in Marketing.

Or else, did you leverage marketing to help your friend’s tech. business scale up while in

High School? For us, the latter is better as it shows you have a marketing mindset. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :)

  1. 1-3 years of successful Marketing experience in B2B or SaaS organisations working in a hands-on, fast-paced, creative entrepreneurial environment.
  2. Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, market research, and more.
  3. Hands-on experience working with marketing tools and systems would be a plus (HubSpot, Salesforce).
