Summary:Looking for5–8+ years of experienced recruiterto manage end-to-end hiring forUS and Canada IT and Engineering roles. Must have strong knowledge ofUS & Canadian work authorizations, tax terms, and compliance, with proven ability to source and hiresoftware, hardware, healthcare, and engineering talent.Key Responsibilities: Handlefull-cycle recruitmentforIT (Java, .NET, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Data)andEngineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Embedded)roles acrossUS and Canada. Source candidates viaDice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Canada, and other region-specific job boards. Screen candidates fortechnical skills, cultural fit, andwork eligibility (H1-B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, PR, Canadian Citizen, Work Permit). Negotiate pay rates forW2, C2C, 1099 (US)andT4, T4A, Incorporated (Canada)engagements. ManageATS, VMS/MSP submissions, compliance, and onboarding documentationfor both US and Canada. Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to meetrecruitment SLAsand ensure successful onboarding. Work inUS and Canada time zonesand consistently deliver onhiring metricsand business goals.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree(HR, Business, or Engineering). 5–8+ yearsrecruiting forUS and Canada IT & Engineeringpositions. Must be flexible working onengineering, healthcare, and infrastructureroles. Strong understanding ofUS & Canadian employment laws, immigration, and compliance processes. Excellentsourcing, communication, client coordination, and negotiationskills.
