As we expand our presence in the US market, we are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Manager to lead outreach efforts and generate qualified leads.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calls to CPA firms, CFO firms, and business owners in the USA to pitch Ambit’s outsourced accounting and staffing solutionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreachSchedule and coordinate introductory calls and demos for senior leadershipUnderstand client needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored service offeringsCollaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentationsTrack sales metrics, update CRM regularly, and prepare weekly reportsStay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in the BPO and accounting outsourcing spaceKey RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound business development (US market preferred)Proven experience in cold calling to international clients, especially CPA firms or US-based businessesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working during US time zonesExperience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plusWhat We OfferAttractive base salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with an established brand in accounting outsourcingExposure to international markets and US-based client acquisitionProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership and collaborative work environmentAmbit Tax and Accounting Services LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
