Job Description

We are hiring for an individual to join our Talent Acquisition team based from corporate office in Andheri Marol Naka.


Job Responsibility :


Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Corporate, Clinical & Non Clinical roles Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) as per the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the position within TAT. Should be able to do Stakeholder Management & bulk recruitment Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare will be an added advantage Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Should be a go getter & Enthusiastic. Working Pattern Monday to Friday- from Office and Saturday is Work from Home. Should be able to do bulk hiring

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE : 2 to 5 years of experience in core recruitment. Should have done bulk hiring


QUALIFICATION : Graduate in any discipline / MBA in HR mandatory
