With our first office in Bangalore, we are looking to hire aCreative Strategist - Audio & Visuals , that will help us build a revolutionary product that transforms how children learn.ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our founding team, you’ll help shape ADIIVA’s journey from vision to reality. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who loves creating, experimenting and iterating fast. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to bring ideas to life through storytelling (audio and video), audio/video post production and social-first content. This is a full time role based in Bengaluru (on-site).WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan and execute a content strategy across formats (social media, GTM collateral, blogs, podcasts, newsletters) Ideate, script, shoot and edit content including reels, videos, carousels,short formandlong form videos Createaudio storieswith clear narration, background music, sound effects and appropriate pacing Use AI tools for script, voice and music generation Maintain consistency in tone, clarity and learning values across content Collaborate with influencers to create content that is aligned with the brand guidelines Coordinate with freelancers like voice over artists, designers Deliver fast, clean, platform-ready outputs Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights to improve engagements and conversionsWHAT WE LOOK FOR 1+ year(s) of experience as a content creator or creative strategist Video-first storytelling: Strong on-camera presence and editing skills, with an instinct for trends, memes and formats that resonate Proficiency with audio/music AI tools (Suno, ElevenLabs) and audio-editing software (Audition, Logic Pro, or Fairlight in DaVinci Resolve) Experience with professional video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, Blender) Prolific writing: Excellent writing and communication skills, Hindi/English bilingual preferred Strong interest in children’s storytelling, learning, values and culture Good understanding of social media algorithms to increase engagement and reach Experience with influencer marketing and creator ecosystemIf interested, share your resume & portfolio at akshita@adiiva.com
