Our team works closely with in-house counsel and external advocates to resolve high-value corporate and commercial disputes within tight timelines.Role: Tele Collections Executive Location: Ganganagar, Bengaluru Type: Full-time, In-officeWhat You’ll Do • Make structured outbound calls to debtors (finance heads, owners, directors) on overdue B2B payments • Drive recovery conversations professionally, document commitments, and negotiate payment plans • Handle disputes, delays, and push for concrete timelines and resolutions • Coordinate with legal teams for notices, mediation, and escalation workflows • Maintain detailed call logs, follow-ups, and MIS in CRM tools • Use digital tools for calling, WhatsApp, email, documentation, and payment trackingWho We’re Looking For • Experience inCollections / AR Collections / Recovery / Tele-collections • Background in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, E-commerce, Fintech, or Agency environments • Strong exposure toB2B recoveries • High-volume calling experience with a firm but professional communication style • Tech-focused: CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp/email workflows • Advantage if you have a network of field/recovery agents in: – Gujarat – Noida/NCR – Maharashtra – GoaLanguages Preferred • Strong Hindi • Gujarati / Marathi preferred • Working English for documentation and internal coordinationIdeal Traits • Outcome-driven and disciplined • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills • Consistent in follow-ups and documentation • Comfortable working closely with legal and operations teams
