**Job Role**: _Tele-Collection Executive (Outbound calling)_

As a Telecollection executive, you will:

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loans
- Remind and follow up on pending payments
- Explain repayment terms and provide solutions
- Negotiate settlements as per company policy
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets

**Work Schedule**:

- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- **Shift**:Day Shift (rotational weekoffs)
- **Timings**: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:Graduates and undergraduates are preferred
- **Experience**: 0 - 2 yrs (Tele-collection) exp.
- **Languages**: Fluency in Hindi and English
- **Gender**:Both Male & Female
- **Age Limit**:None

**Skills Required**:

- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Able to handle pressure & meet targets

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on your current in-hand salary
- ₹15,000 and above for freshers
- Hike offered up to ₹25,000 in-hand (depending on experience and skills)
- (Fixed Salary+ PF + Incentives + lunch)

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
