Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Pre-sales DC, located in Gurugram.

- The Manager Pre-sales will be responsible for leading and managing pre-sales activities, providing technical support to the sales team, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Daily tasks include preparing and presenting proposals, conducting market research, collaborating with the product team to create customized solutions, and maintaining strong communication with clients to understand their requirements.

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities.

- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills.

- Experience in Sales Operations and Technical Support.

- Proven track record in pre-sales or a related field.

- Should be a SME in dc technologies i.e server, storage, backup, virtualization etc.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
