Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling to initiate and develop relationships with potential customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and handle objections (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain long-term client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools to identify and approach potential clients efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce to streamline sales processes and track interactions.
  • Ability to develop convincing sales pitches that resonate with target audiences.
  • Skills in objection handling to overcome customer concerns and drive sales forward.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage in daily cold calling activities to reach out to new and existing potential customers.
  • Effectively negotiate terms and close deals while cultivating lasting client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document, track, and analyze all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver personalized sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Handle customer objections tactfully and provide suitable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the companys offerings and industry trends.
