*About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic *Sales / Tele sales Executive* to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
* Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and meet performance benchmarks.
* Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients in CRM.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
* Provide feedback from customers to the management team for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
* Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
* High level of patience and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
