Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager with a strong focus on B2B marketing. This role is ideal for a PPC Expert who is ready to take ownership of paid and organic campaigns, drive lead generation, and lead digital strategy efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns while also contributing to organic growth initiatives.


This is a full-time remote role requiring strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset.



Key Responsibilities:


Plan, create, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels like Facebook and .

Manage app download campaigns and implement effective conversion tracking.

Develop and test A/B strategies, manage bidding tactics, and ensure campaign ROI.

Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights.

Oversee organic lead generation strategies, focusing on SEO and content marketing.

Lead digital strategy and media planning, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep campaigns competitive.


Qualifications:


4–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns and other paid media strategies.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and conversion tracking methodologies.

Strong expertise in data analysis, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and data-driven marketing.

Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Ads, etc.).

Familiarity with A/B testing, bid strategies, and performance optimization.

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic lead generation tactics.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Up-to-date knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
