About the Role:


TechieSys IT Solutions is hiring a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and enhance engagement across platforms. This role requires creativity, expertise in Meta Ads, and a solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and campaign management for B2B and B2C audiences. Experience in eCommerce and managing social media ads is a plus


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

✅ Create engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with our brand voice.

✅ Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.

✅ Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly to build trust and engagement.

✅ Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and provide actionable insights.

✅ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.

✅ Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine strategies.

✅ Manage budgets and targeting for eCommerce and other social media ad campaigns.

✅ Organize and participate in promotional events to boost brand visibility.


Qualifications:


✨ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

✨ Proven experience in social media marketing with expertise in Meta Ads, SEO, and PPC.

✨ Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and ad campaign strategies.

✨ Experience in managing Google Ads, eCommerce campaigns, and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

✨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.

✨ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
