Job Description: Operations Associate (eCommerce)As an Operations Specialist you will look after end to end eCommerce operations and operations support. The role will be responsible for monitoring back-end processes, such as customer service, logistics and inventory planning as well as supporting the operations.



Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Support the eCommerce operations team in day to day businesses in the areas of order management, shipment, payment, logistics and customer service as well as in operations
  • Resolve inquiries from customers by being the main point of contact Support optimization of processes and systems to continually improve customer experience and service level delivery.
  • Monitor and resolve any frictions in the order flow.
  • Create reporting on all relevant Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records for all operational activities, including returns, shipments, and inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of USA tax returns.
  • Support management within the responsibility area by playing an active role in eCommerce operations


Desired Candidate's Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a CA Intermediate student.
  • Prior experience in operations, tax filing, or client management (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers professionally.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce operations process.
