Role Overview:

THE Operations Generalist will build, manage and optimise processes.

This role demands attention to detail, strong ethics, and an automation / process-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies and process-driven initiatives.
  • Identify, implement, and manage automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Design, implement, and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Research and introduce AI tools and automation solutions to enhance workflows and processes.
  • Generate insights from data to drive decisions and improve operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain proper documentation of processes, procedures, and records.
  • Foster a positive culture and support initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, with one year of experience.
  • Location: Must be based in Jaipur or open to relocating to Jaipur.
  • Key Traits: Attention to detail, and strong ethics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Automation Driven Mindset
