Role Description
This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager role at Nischay Weddings, located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting, staff management. This is a hybrid role where you may be asked to handle multiple roles, with the flexibility to develop the company.

Qualifications
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
  • Strong employer branding and recruiting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the wedding industry
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
