About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will work to identify, engage with potential clients, pitch design services to them and contribute to Happening’s growth. An ideal candidate must be driven to meet targets/goals, must understand the value of design, and comfortably develop new relations to establish new business opportunities.

- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to easily reach out to client prospects
- Passion and drive to perform and win clients/accounts
- A great track record in achieving set goals
- Management capabilities and strong leadership skills
- You are detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
