Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for portfolio management & analysis encompassing portfolio actions & policy changes including limit assignments, cross-sell etc.
  • Identify variables & trends which are leading indicators of risk in credit cards portfolio & take proactive measures.
  • Perform analysis like customer retention, portfolio profitability and build models to identify the customers who are most probable to churn or default on making payments
  • Track campaign performance using target and control populations and taking corrective actions, wherever necessary
  • Customer segmentation using Decision Trees to profile the customers into distinct groups based on their characteristics


                                                                      

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Engineers/MBA/Statistics/Economics/Maths)
  • 6+ years of experience in Financial services domain with experience in Credit Cards domain
  • Strong analytical skills & algorithmic approach to problem solving with experience in SQL
  • Experience in managing & handling data, providing analytical insights & data drive decisions
  • Understating of Credit Cards Business & Policy
  • Hands-on with Analytical techniques to process large data quickly


Preferred skills :

  • R/Python
  • machine learning techniques like Logistic Regression, Decision Trees etc.
