The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, while ensuring smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities : - Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, PMs) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.- Develop user stories, process flows, and documentation for projects.- Assist in project planning, risk management, and progress tracking.- Support the Product/Project Manager in managing schedules, resources, and budgets.- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.- Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders.Eligibility Criteria : - Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech mandatory).- MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Product environments.- Proven experience in project management or working closely with project managers.- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- 12 years of software development or software QA experience would be nice to have.Preferred Skills : - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and wireframes.- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (CBAP, PMP, etc.) will be an added advantage.Why Join Kadel Labs?- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative company.- A dynamic work environment where creativity and new ideas are encouraged.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Professional development opportunities in a people-first culture.
