Adobe Target Business Consultant

Key Responsibilities : - Conduct discovery workshops to understand personalization goals, user journeys, and business objectives.- Design and implement optimization roadmaps aligning business goals with Adobe Target capabilities.- Recommend and design new personalization and optimization use cases, defining success metrics and KPIs.- Plan, configure, and execute Adobe Target activities including A/B testing, MVT, and Experience Targeting (XT).- Perform analysis, reporting, and insights generation from campaign results to drive continuous improvement.- Collaborate with business users to enable adoption of best practices for Adobe Target.- Create wireframes, test designs, and implementation plans for personalization activities.Skills & Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant with hands-on Adobe Target expertise.- Proficiency in Adobe Target features : Form-Based Experience Composer, Visual Experience Composer (VEC), A/B Testing, MVT, XT, Audience setup, and Activity QA.- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS concepts.- Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis.- Experience defining KPIs and success metrics for personalization campaigns.- Familiarity with personalization and optimization use cases in industries such as Retail, BFSI, or Manufacturing.- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.- Ability to analyze complex personalization challenges and propose data-driven solutions.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Adobe Analytics, AEP, Target integration).- Prior consulting experience in digital personalization or MarTech domains.- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes using Adobe Target.
