You’ll play a key role in building strong, capable teams across departments by identifying and attracting top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates via , job boards, and referrals.Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.Conduct market research to understand current hiring trends, competitors recruitment strategies, salary structures, and employer branding and talent availability. Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities and execute campus recruitment hiring What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).Excellent communication ,Initial Negotiation skill and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of sourcing tools, job portals, and Recruiter.Ability to manage multiple open positions under tight timelines.
