Job Title : Magento Developer.Location : Kochi / Bangalore.Experience Range : 7+ yrs.Employment Type : Skills : - Magento 1 & Magento 2 (Migration experience) - Minimum 5 years.- RESTful APIs & GraphQL - Minimum 3 years.- Experience in Headless Architecture & PWA Studio.- Strong knowledge of Magento Indexing & Caching.- Proven experience with customization using 3rd-party search Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain Magento/Adobe Commerce Cloud applications (Magento 2+ preferred).- Work across all eCommerce subsystems : User Management, Catalog, Product, Search, Promotions, Pricing, Payments, Checkout, Tax, Order Processing, and Backend jobs.- Develop custom reusable Magento modules and extend GraphQL schemas for custom modules.- Optimize database queries, indexing strategies, and backend performance (MySQL expertise required).- Implement and manage backend batch jobs, cron processes, and data syncs.- Perform third-party service integrations with ERPs, CRMs, OMS, Payment Gateways, etc.- Support multi-website, multi-store, multi-language, and multi-currency setups.- Collaborate with UI/UX, product managers, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting for critical issues.- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes using tools like Jira.- Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps for continuous Technical Expertise : - Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.- Knowledge of Composable Commerce paradigm (CMS like AEM/Contentful, Search platforms like Constructor/Bloomreach, Loyalty systems, International Shipping, etc.- Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs development & consumption.- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) - preferred.- Experience in test-driven development (TDD), integration & end-to-end testing (JUnit, Mockito, RestAssured, etc.- Recommended : Adobe Certification to Have : - Understanding of infrastructure & application security management for large-scale systems.- Exposure to contemporary frameworks/technologies beyond Magento for scalability and integration.
