Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the healthcare organization. This includes managing marketing campaigns creating content and overseeing the marketing budget to drive brand awareness patient engagement and growth in services offered.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities target audiences and competitive landscape.

- Ensure all content is accurate compliant with healthcare regulations and aligns with the brand s voice and messaging.

Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize digital marketing strategies.

Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the organization s brand identity and ensure consistent use across all marketing channels.

- Work closely with other departments such as clinical administrative and IT to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
