How you will contribute:


Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Content Creation:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.


Brand Development:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the brand voice and identity.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.


Market Research:

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the company's social media profiles and online presence.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).


Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.


Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing department as needed.


Ideal skills for this role include:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role. Candidates working in the renewable energy sector would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
