We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relations Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and account management within the personal care, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceutical ingredients sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, following up on leads, generating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in both English and Hindi, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities


• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B clients in the personal care, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceutical ingredients industries.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

• Proactively follow up with clients via phone calls and emails to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

• Lead Generation and Business Development:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including industry events, networking, and market research.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

• Follow up on potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Customer Service:

• Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure that clients receive accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including follow-ups and feedback, to improve service delivery.

• Communication:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Hindi, ensuring that all information is conveyed accurately and professionally.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless client service.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to client engagement, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular updates to management on client feedback, market trends, and business development activities.


Qualifications and Skills


• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales within the personal care, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical ingredients sectors.

• Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Communication Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

• Customer Focus:

• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

• Sales Acumen:

• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.

• Organizational Skills:

Education
