Role Overview:
As an Operations Intern at Brance, you will work closely with our sales team to support various operational tasks. Your role will involve collaborating on itinerary building, managing ticketing processes, finding and optimizing flights, and enhancing overall itinerary efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry and develop your skills in operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in building detailed travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for ticketing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Research and identify the best flight options, balancing cost, convenience, and client needs.
- Optimize itineraries to enhance the travel experience, considering factors like time management, logistics, and client satisfaction.
- Support the team in handling any operational challenges that may arise during the planning process.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work culture.
- Basic knowledge of travel industry software and tools is a plus.
