Business Development Manager

We are a dynamic and innovative leader in the BPO industry, dedicated to providing exceptional business solutions for our clients. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and oversee successful project management.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients in the BPO sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business growth targets.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor multiple BPO projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives.
Resolve issues and challenges effectively to maintain project quality and performance.
Leadership & Strategy:
Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client acquisition and project performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO sector, with a strong track record in client acquisition and project management.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage high-value clients successfully.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in managing diverse and complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
NOTE:
Office Location: EP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata
Shifts: Must be able to work night shifts
