Did you know that we spend nearly 20 out of 24 hours indoors, surrounded by air conditioners—at home, in cars, or at work? Unfortunately, most of these systems simply recirculate polluted air, putting our health at risk. That’s the problem we’re here to solve.


Our journey began in 2020 with antimicrobial air purifiers, but after three years, we realized that standalone purifiers struggle to fit seamlessly into people’s daily lives. In 2023, we made a bold pivot to introduce the revolutionary Split AC Purifier—a solution that integrates directly into existing ACs, making clean air effortless.


The early days were challenging. It took us 8 months to sell our first 1,000 units. But persistence paid off. In just 18 months, we’ve upgraded over 30,000 ACs across India, improving indoor air quality for thousands of homes and businesses. Now we have solution for all types of ACs. There are more than 2 billion ACs across the world which can be upgraded by AIRTH

Role Description: Founder’s Office Manager


This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, where you will work closely with the founder and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


•Strategic Execution: Assist in making key business decisions by working on critical projects that drive the company forward.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments like Sales, Marketing, and Product to support and implement major initiatives.

Problem Solving: Identify gaps and roadblocks across various operations, and devise solutions to address them.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Executive Support: Monitor and prioritize communications, draft responses, and manage emails on behalf of the founder.

Document Preparation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring they align with company standards and are error-free.

Deliverable Tracking: Keep track of key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.


Qualifications:


•Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

•Experience in event planning and coordination.

•Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail.

•Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
