Answering and directing phone calls.

Responding to employees/manpower queries.
Helping manage the office correspondence.
Performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
Timekeeping the employee's data.
