Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Export Sales professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, located in Central Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our chemical products across international markets, utilizing their expertise in international trade and export regulations to expand our global footprint. The role requires collaboration across multiple cultures and leveraging Salesforce and market analysis tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in cross-cultural communication is essential for effectively interacting with clients and partners across diverse backgrounds (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in using Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data to enhance sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Strong ability in conducting thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand global trends (Mandatory skill).
- Thorough knowledge of international trade regulations to ensure compliance in all export activities.
- Experience with export documentation, including preparation of necessary shipping documents to facilitate smooth trade operations.
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management (CRM) to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Understanding of foreign currency transactions to manage risks associated with currency fluctuations.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 to optimize shipping and logistics arrangements.
- Experience of 3-5 yrs from Agrochemical Industries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and increase product market share globally.
- Coordinate with the R&D and quality assurance team to ensure product compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with international clients to secure beneficial agreements for the company.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs while also monitoring competitors and industry trends.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to international clients.
- Provide post-sale support to international clients, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and maintain detailed records of sales activities, export documentation, and market analysis reports.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and establish business connections.
