Location: Delhi (remote), Mumbai (remote), Ahmedabad (in-office) Experience: 3+years Budget: Upto 12 LPA + Incentives Industry: AI PlatformBenefits : 5 Days working Incentives over and above the salary Travel AllowanceAs an Account Executive at the company, you will own the full sales cycle and drive growth across our Recruitment (RX) and Customer Experience (CX) verticals.You will: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic research. Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closing. Educate prospects on the power of Generative Voice AI and Agentic Frameworks, helping them reimagine what is possible. Identify high-potential opportunities by deeply understanding customer challenges and aligning Company's capabilities and solutions accordingly. Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to stakeholders at all levels - including CXOs and enterprise decision-makers. Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, negotiate terms to bring deals over the line. Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track KPIs, maintain CRM hygiene, and share daily and weekly insights with the leadership team.▪ Qualifications Experience in Telco (CPaaS, CCaaS, contact centres, dialer, etc.) or HR Tech (ATS, HRMS, job board, etc.) is a must. 3 to 5 years of experience in a full-cycle software sales role, ideally in SaaS. Proven record of closing deals and consistently exceeding targets. Stellar communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels. High attention to detail, strong follow-up habits, and an ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.
