Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Sr Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As an integral part of our sales team, the successful candidate will drive the growth of our platform by engaging with potential clients and closing high-value deals. This full-time role demands a results-oriented individual with a strategic approach to enterprise sales within the SaaS market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in SaaS sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability in solution selling techniques that focus on customized client needs and comprehensive problem-solving.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate deals that align with client expectations and company profitability.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines effectively, ensuring consistent growth in opportunities and successful closures.
- Adept at value-based selling, communicating the unique benefits and returns of Sprintos solutions to potential clients.
- Strong B2B sales proficiency, particularly in dealing with enterprises and large organizations within the tech industry.
- Experience in enterprise sales with the ability to navigate complex client structures and decision-making processes.
- Skilled in consultative selling, with a focus on developing long-term client relationships and trust.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise markets, focusing on establishing robust pipeline growth.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of Sprintos solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, aligning with both client objectives and company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to effectively position Sprintos offerings and enhance market penetration.
- Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to product teams to inform ongoing product development and innovation.
- Regularly update CRM systems with customer interactions and progress toward sales targets.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network within the SaaS community.
