Job description-
Prepare Progress Update / performance evaluation and reporting To HOD for Finalreview.
Monitor Schedule & Update schedule.
Follow Up with all neccessary Departments for hassel free Work Flow.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time/ budgets.
Find out the productivity and analysis the Report
Attend meeting with Planning head and Prepare MOM.
Assist TES for Project and share with HOD for Further review.
Take out information from Site Team for Progress status.
Summarize and Figure Out Deviations of Planned Quantity against Executed at site through Weekly basis report in Weekly/Monthly Progress Report.
Keeping track of Manpower Executing Project Deliverable at site on daily basis.
Catch-up plan, Prepare early warnings.
To coordinate with all major functions – Execution,Purchase, Design, CRM, Finance, etc. for smooth functioning of the project.
Assist/support in preparation of MIS Report to HOD PMO
Qualification and knowledge desirable-
1) B.tech Civil
2) Good knowledge of MS Projects
Minimum experience-
5-10 years
