- Manage various projects on Hardware installation from initiation to delivery.
- Oversee desktop management, end user support, SLA management, and vendor management for seamless operations.
- Supervise the installation and configuration of desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5 years of experience in handling various project installation.
- Strong understanding of desktop management, end user support, SLA management, and vendor management principles.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
