Location: Head Office, Maruti Suzuki, Delhi

Educational Qualification : B.E/ BTech / MBA 

Work Experience : 3-8 years of relevant experience. 

Nature of Work : The role involves overseeing a diverse range of digital or IT infrastructure projects initiated by Maruti Suzuki as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, in partnership with state government bodies.

Technical/ Functional Requirement :

· Project Management Expertise: Experience managing IT projects, implementation of technology solutions, and electrical/electronic systems.

· Project Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating with vendors, managing procurement processes, and ensuring quality resource acquisition.

· Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.

Role & Responsibilities

· Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

· Prepare comprehensive project plans, including BOQ, specifications, and timelines

· Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality resources.

· Place orders and oversee procurement processes in line with project requirements.

· Implement projects coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

· Monitor project progress through schedules, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.

· Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
