Company : Vsquare Systems Pvt Ltd. Location : Pune (Hybrid 2 days in office). Band & Designation : H Band (DM). Work Timing : 11 :30 AM 8 :30 PM IST (8 AM 5 PM CET). Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled PostgreSQL Database Administrator (ADBA/DBA) with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex database environments and a proven ability to work in collaborative, client-facing setups. Key Responsibilities : - Administer, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL databases in production and non-production environments. - Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning. - Implement backup, recovery, and high availability strategies. - Troubleshoot database-related issues and work closely with development teams to optimize queries. - Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed. Required Skills & Combinations : Mandatory : PostgreSQL DBA / ADBA expertise. Combination Skills (any one or more) :1. Oracle + PostgreSQL.2. MongoDB + PostgreSQL.3. Cassandra + PostgreSQL.4. MySQL + PostgreSQL.- Strong experience in database architecture, replication, and clustering.- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in hybrid working environments and client-facing roles.- Strong documentation and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
