Lead : AI Architect - Technical

Reports to Project Manager

Job Overview :

A lead AI architect will be responsible for designing, develop, and oversee the implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms and frameworks to extract structured and unstructured data from various document formats such as PDFs, excel sheets, word documents, and other sources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable data extraction solutions that power our AI applications.

Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end solutions for data extraction from documents, PDFs, word document, excel sheets, and other formats using machine learning techniques.

- Design scalable and efficient algorithms to handle diverse data sources and formats.

- Develop machine learning models, NLP algorithms, and data processing pipelines to extract and transform data into structured formats.

- Utilize techniques such as text recognition, entity extraction, and semantic analysis to enhance data extraction accuracy.

- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate data extraction models into production systems and AI pipelines.

- Ensure seamless integration, compatibility, and performance optimization within the overall architecture.

- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of data extraction models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.

- Implement monitoring and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve model performance.

- Create comprehensive documentation for data extraction models, including architecture diagrams, model specifications, and best practices.

- Provide guidance and support to teams for implementing and maintaining data extraction modules.

- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance the project's architecture and overall success.

- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and architectural issues.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within time constraints.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in technology

- 5-6 years of experience, Machine Learning Engineer, AI Architect, or similar role with a focus on data extraction from documents.

- Hands-on experience with OCR libraries (e.g., Tesseract, PyOCR), OpenCV, layout analysis models (e.g., LDA, CNN-based models), and object detection frameworks (e.g., YOLO, SSD). Must be hands-on using LLM's (preferably LLama) and have experience in GenAI solutions.
