We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Décor Consultant to guide customers through their home painting and décor journey. You will assist them in selecting the best finishes, colours, textures, and complementary décor elements that align with their space, style, and preferences. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver end-to-end solutions, enhancing their home aesthetics while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Consultation:
Provide professional guidance to customers in selecting colour schemes, finishes, textures, and décor products that match the existing style and architecture of their homes. -
Space Understanding & Design Integration:
Understand the customer’s space layout, lighting, furniture, and décor to provide customized design and colour recommendations that enhance the overall appeal. -
Product Presentation & Upgrade:
Present a wide range of product options and assist customers in choosing high-quality, premium solutions. Upsell better products by highlighting value, durability, and aesthetics. -
Use of Aiding Tools & Technology:
Leverage in-store visualizers, shade cards, design apps, and other digital tools to help customers visualize their selections and make informed decisions. -
Complete Décor Solutions:
Offer end-to-end solutions including paint, wall textures, wallpapers, stencils, and accessories. Recommend complementary products to build a complete look. -
Painting Service Consultation:
Educate and consult customers about on-time painting services available through the store to ensure a hassle-free execution of their chosen décor plan. -
Customer Experience:
Create a stress-free, engaging, and enjoyable selection experience. Build trust and rapport through active listening and thoughtful suggestions.
