With single origin tea from Assams finest estates and 100% single origin Arabica coffee beans from Rainforest Alliance certified estates of Chikmagalur, Karnataka, Chai Point is already serving over 700,000 cups every day. Chai Point is the first company in India to launch environment-friendly heat retaining Chai flasks in 2016 that can keep the chai, coffee hot for up to 2 hours.
Chai Point is backed by marquee investors like Eight Roads Ventures (part of Fidelity Investments Inc.), Saama Capital, DSG, Paragon Partners and Kitara Capital. The Company has raised over $50 million in funds till date.

Role & Responsibilities :
As a Product Manager at Chai Point, you will play a key role in shaping our technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to build scalable, high-impact products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate requirements into user-friendly and scalable solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, development, testing, and launch to continuous improvements.
- Work on IoT-driven vending machine solutions, in-house POS, and SCM systems, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
- Analyze data and customer insights to drive product improvements and make informed decisions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and customer feedback.
- Lead A/B testing, pilot launches, and iterative improvements to optimize performance.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and strategies to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Closely work with the engineering team to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product management in a tech-driven company.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in working with engineering teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of IoT, cloud-based applications, or retail tech solutions is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Passion for technology-driven solutions and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to Have :
- Experience in retail, supply chain, IoT, or cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of data analytics, SQL, or A/B testing methodologies.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C product management.
