Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented QA Technical Lead to ensure the highest quality of our tech solutions.

In this role, you will lead a team of QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and work closely with development teams to deliver reliable, high-performing software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

- Oversee the testing of tech projects, including in-house POS systems, SCM solutions, and IoT-based applications.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues to ensure timely delivery of defect-free solutions.

- Keep abreast of the latest QA tools, technologies, and industry best practices to elevate our testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Must-have : Proven experience in Functional and automation testing, with hands-on expertise in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).

- Must-have : Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and guiding QA teams.

- Must-have : Excellent problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.

- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Familiarity with Agile practices is an advantage.

Experience :

- 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

- People willing to do both manual and automation

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications :

- QA certifications are a plus.

- Experience with cloud-based testing or IoT testing is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
