Salary

  • Part-time : ₹20,000–₹35,000/month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)
  • Full-time : ₹40,000–₹70,000/month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)
  • Incentives : Substantial performance-linked incentives

About the Role

You will be providing counseling and therapy for a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioural, and relationship issues , using structured, evidence-based approaches. You’re perfect for this role if you:

  • Hold a Master’s in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.Phil / Ph.D / RCI preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bring 3+ years of hands-on therapy experience
  • Are empathetic, professional, and client-focused
  • Believe in structured and ethical methods of care
