Salary

- Part-time: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)
- Full-time: ₹40,000–₹70,000/month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)
- Incentives: Substantial performance-linked incentives

About the Role

You will be providing counseling and therapy for a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioural, and relationship issues, using structured, evidence-based approaches. You’re perfect for this role if you:

- Hold a Master’s in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.Phil / Ph.D / RCI preferred but not mandatory)
- Bring 3+ years of hands-on therapy experience
- Are empathetic, professional, and client-focused
- Believe in structured and ethical methods of care
