**About Us**:
Walnut Child Development Clinic is a renowned center dedicated to providing exceptional services for children with developmental challenges. We specialize in various therapies and developmental support, creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive. We are looking for two passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologists to join our dynamic team. One psychologist will be part of our Speech Therapy Team, and the other will be joining our Occupational Therapy Team. Both will undergo a one-month comprehensive training at our Pune Tingre Nagar facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Psychologist for Speech Therapy Team**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations related to speech and language development.
- Provide support in the diagnosis and treatment of children with speech and communication difficulties.
- Collaborate with speech therapists to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and report the progress of children in speech therapy.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide ongoing support and guidance.
- **Psychologist for Occupational Therapy Team**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations related to sensory processing and motor skills development.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to design and implement personalized therapy plans.
- Provide psychological insights to support children’s motor and sensory integration skills.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Support and educate families regarding the therapeutic needs of their child.
- Both positions:

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and develop integrated treatment approaches.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to children and their families.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Stay current with the latest research and techniques in child psychology and therapeutic practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in developmental or therapeutic settings, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to work effectively with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
